Tax Evasion by D R Horton, .........America's Swindler.
D R Horton's business is all things real estate, primarily including transferring properties for a profit.........
Coercion and Threats
Another RICO pattern discovered across the nation is that when things get hot for D R Horton, it has the tendency to employ threats and coercive tactics to silence disgruntled consumers.  The Stauffers from Pennsylvania were no exception.  After they discovered D R Horton's tax evasion, their waves drew the attention of the development's manager who made false accusations to the police.  The police report is scanned below.  Details of those lies are best recounted at the following: http://5thestate.com/070222.htm  More recently on March 5, 2008, D R Horton has again threatened them with trespass and civil penalties.  Horton doesn't want the Stauffers to discover more construction defects at the additional homes under construction or to uncover just how contaminated the land is with lead and arsenic. Others across the nation have also recounted how the police is used to threaten and coerce, including Washington State and Texas.  A private investigation firm in Washington is compiling consumer victims in that state, and retired seniors in Sugarland, Houston and Dallas can corroborate with their personal stories regarding the abuse of authority.

In the first court pleading above, David Champoux has his 1st Amendment rights eradicated by the courts.  D R Horton misrepresented that the golf course adjoining his and his neighbors' homes would exist until 2010.  It was slated for redevelopment shortly after everyone paid premiums for their golf course views.  Get the details at: http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1-147880647.html

The second docket names Rey Melendez as a defendant for voicing his complaint that D R Horton built his home with termite infested wood.  He has the pest inspection report that the structural trusses were damaged before their installation.

These types of actions are called SLAPP suits, whereby developers censor advocacy and free speech.  D R Horton tried this tactic- and failed in Nevada: http://www.reviewjournal.com/lvrj_home/2003/May-29-Thu-2003/business/21422432.html

D R Horton has tampered with a federal informant no less than 8 documented times for his exposure of their RICO crimes in Nevada, California and virtually every market that D R Horton sells homes.  www.drhortoncouldhavekilledme.com and www.drhortonsucks.info
